P&G + Instacart

P&G + Instacart

The Challenge

P&G needed a way to connect regional grocery stores with Instacart's delivery platform — all while keeping the spotlight on their own product lines. The goal was to drive traffic from store-specific landing pages directly into the Instacart shopping experience, making it dead simple for customers to add P&G products to their cart.

What We Built

A flexible landing page system in Nuxt that could spin up branded experiences for each grocery partner. Every page pulled from a shared component library but could be themed to match the retailer's look and feel — fonts, colors, hero imagery, the works.

The Instacart integration was the fun part. We built a seamless handoff that let users browse P&G products on the landing page and jump straight into Instacart with their cart pre-loaded. No friction, no confusion.

The Technical Bits

  • Nuxt SSR for fast initial loads and solid SEO across all retailer pages
  • Tailwind CSS for rapid theming across dozens of retailer brand variations
  • Dynamic routing that generated unique pages per store with shared components
  • Instacart API integration for real-time product availability and cart handoff

The Result

The platform launched across multiple regional grocery chains and gave P&G a scalable way to promote products through Instacart's delivery network. Each retailer got a polished, co-branded experience without needing their own dev resources.
